Our team of 200 (and growing rapidly) across offices in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi comes with stellar professional credentials from diverse backgrounds and is bound together by our common commitment to social impact.The opportunityThe Process Improvement Consultant will be an integral part of our Impact Measurement and Advisory for strengthening solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact. They will be directly responsible for: , Understanding and evaluating the end,to,end project delivery process to optimize for deliverables and delivery time , Investigating gaps, challenges, issues, and concerns in current business processes. , Verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re,engineering opportunities. , Developing tools, frameworks, templates for delivery of assessment projects across different thematic areas such as Education, Health, Skilling, and streamlining appropriate methodologies. , Facilitating the design and implementation of new,improved process models , Creating productized offerings for the business unit to seamlessly deliver a large number of projects across ,geographies., Managing and leading process adoption across the business unit to achieve desired results by holding training sessions with the teams , Performing project management and analytics to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved. , Monitoring the results of the changes made to processes to ensure they are relevant and effective. , Identifying and managing resources to deliver effective solutions.What we are looking for We are looking for exceptional individuals who are excited by to lead assessments and research studies, create knowledge products that contribute to informed decision,making and action for CSRs and have the following profile: , An experience of 4,6 years in consulting or of working in the process engineering space. , Strong technical knowledge in business processes and organizational structures. , A strategic and analytical mindset with an understanding of process enhancement strategies. , Certification in Six Sigma or Agile or other similar practices preferred, but not mandatory. , Strong project management skills for multifaceted projects resulting in measurable outcomes , Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. , Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely,knit team (demonstrating patience, tenacity and poise under pressure) , Is agile and is able to adapt to and thrive in ambiguous situations , Humility, willingness to listen, and learn
