Job Description

The Engagement Manager will be an integral part of our Non,Profit Advisory, building positive relationships with clients and working closely with multiple teams in delivering solutions to enable high impact on the ground. The engagement manager will be responsible for :Delivery Excellence :, Take overall accountability of successful project delivery through active listening, problem solving and providing strategic inputs which align with and enable our client's vision of high impact on the ground, Co,create solutions to meet client's current and future needs, working closely with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, Influence decision making and action at the senior level of client organisations to enable positive and sustainable impact, Develop, manage and grow working relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, Ensure strong project management, team management and overall predictability, quality and profitability of projectsMarket Engagement :, Keep abreast of new and current trends within the social impact space, innovative approaches to enable scalable impact, Contribute towards the organisations overall thought leadership strategy by generating meaningful content relevant to the ecosystem, Work closely with prospective clients and sales teams to ensure relevant scope, high quality approach and accurate effort estimationInstitution Building :, Lead internal strategic initiatives at the unit or organisational level that help contribute towards Sattva's continuous evolution as an institution, Participate in building and strengthening internal systems and processes which contribute towards effective and efficient functioning of the unit and organisation, Contribute towards the development of junior team members, and towards a strong culture and working environment overall, Build, structure and develop knowledge to share internally within the organisationAt Sattva, our goal is to realize impact on the ground and to drive a collective win by engaging with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for passionate individuals who align with our vision and have the following profile : , 8, 10 years of professional experience across business and social domains , Prior experience in the consulting industry in management role , Demonstrated commitment to the sector, prior experience of having worked in the social impact space, Exceptional problem,solving and advisory skills, especially related to building the capabilities of non,profits, Experience of leading teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment, Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, Strong client engagement skills, experience of having worked with top leadership, led engagements , Humility, willingness to listen and learn
