You will be required to go deeper into providing solutions to our clients' biggest challenges and make a positive, lasting impact on their programs and the social impact ecosystem. You will be guided every step of the way by Sattva mentors and specific training programs you may need.The pre,sales associate will work with the sales teams to identify prospects, scope out client needs, develop impactful solutions to maximize shared value for the community and clients, and develop well researched proposals. The associate will be responsible for operation of the internal sales,engine and data management.Delivery Excellence: , Conduct market landscape analysis, in,depth sector,based research and analyzing emerging trends and priorities in the sector , Undertake ongoing research to identify business opportunities for Sattva, evaluate its fitment and relevance based on identified criteria and present synthesized outputs to enable decision making , Assist the sales,business owners with development of well,researched, articulated and presented pitch decks for prospective clients by capturing insights and solutions , Support the sales,business owners in engagement with clients and prospective funders to scope out key needs, requirements and expectations and define a detailed scope of work for the engagement , Participate in prospective client meetings and effectively capture key needs and requirements of the client and ensure its translation into effective pitch decks and proposals Institution Building: , Participate in building, strengthening and updating internal systems, processes and assets which contribute towards better functioning of the sales functions , Support the sales,business owners as required, on business strategies and assisting the teams with achievement of Sattva's business goals , Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate operation of the sales engine through tracking of key metrics and updating dashboards , Analyse data and metrics on an ongoing basis to enable decision making at the business unit levelWhat we are looking for:At Sattva, our goal is realizing the impact on the ground and to drive a collective win by engaging with multiple stakeholders. They will therefore need to have the following profile: , 2,4 years of professional experience in the social impact sector, preferably in a role involving research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, sales,fundraising,pre,sales or consulting , Passionate and driven towards creating long,term, sustainable social impact , Exceptional critical thinking and problem,solving skills , Excellent written and oral communication skills , Excellent research and analysis skills , Strong ability to articulate and communicate complex ideas and thoughts effectively and engage with a diverse set of stakeholders , Strong data analysis skills , Proficiency with Microsoft Office , especially Powerpoint and Excel is a must , Display humility and willingness to learn and grow , Self,driven, high,energy, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to produce high quality work and work independently , Proficiency in English
