Role description

The Project Manager is the owner and the central point of for the successful execution of the project and responsible for all the activities for that project. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the project planning, execution and monitoring is done to ensure that the customer experience is continuously improved.

Should have relevant Work experience of 8 to 10 years from which 2 3 years should be in SAP Project Management.

Understands the concepts of project management, Project planning, Project monitoring and reporting to different stake holders, ability to drive meetings with client and business.

Has expert knowledge of structured project management principles of SAP projects, knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology.

Key Responsibilities

1) Project coordination and team leadership for SAP Projects.

2) Ensuring that all project activities are tracked to completion.

3) The candidate is expected to have project management experience in at least one area like SAP Implementation or SAP Support or SAP Upgrade etc.

SAP Implementation Upgrade

a. Ability to drive the implementation project activities which includes preparation of project plan, preparation for business blue printing, requirements gathering, master data management, development plans, defect tracking, cut over activities, after go live support and general project support activities.

Mandatory Skills

Understands the core concepts of Project management

Should have experience in SAP projects with at least one implementation or Support experience

Should be well versed with Scope, Time and Cost management

Ability to communicate with clients effectively

PMP or Scrum certified.
