Job Description

On the lookout for "Regional Marketing & Sell Out Manager" for our IT & Mobile Division to be based out of Bangalore taking care of entire Karnataka, reporting to the Regional Sales ManagerJOB DEFINITION Set Goals and develop end to end integrated marketing programs, marketing campaigns, product launch and brand promotion resulting in lead generation. Strategize and plan roadmaps for program performance and delivery mechanisms by adopting new ideas that will be best in the industry.KEY OBJECTIVES This position is responsible for the annual marketing budget for the Mobile business for the Region. The role also supports in designing and running promotion campaigns.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Advertising & Promotion Marketing Budget Management of the region Marketing Funds management & coordination with BMCs & HO marketing team Sub Budget Management & coordination with Finance department Submitting claims to expat counterpart thru SAP & other online tools Coordination for remittance of FundsComplete responsibility for Accounting & Provisioning of the Region Reporting of Monthly spends to Region Head Monthly Provisioning Reporting of Annual budget status vis a vis spends to Region Head PO issuance & approval Interface with Finance on financial approval issues Ensure proper Financial Closures through Vendor account reconciliation & PO closures Detail Operating Plan to ensure smooth execution of BTL & ATL activities Tracking and reporting marketing programmes to HO Communicating details of the marketing programmes to branches E Office Management Updation of e office in terms of approval path, user registration etc. E office usage (Creating Plan Proposal, Payment Request, viewing reports, status checking etc.)Vendor management Vendor creation and coordination Vendor Claims verification Authenticity of Activity, costing, documentation etc. Auditing actual vendor output & efficacy Enhance the market share growth Creating impact via MAF activity i.e. positive ROI, and higher sell out growth Ensure SEC Readiness and Productivity (SEC Capability Index and SEC Productivity Growth) Equip Retail Retail Index Parameter SOI outlet coverage VM & Demo Retail Campaign Execution Demo Recon and SPD Consent Exclusive Channel Management the Exclusive channel to growth over overall region by 5% Help in achieving the sell out target. Marketing Budget Control for the Region Timely & error free processing of Bills & Payments Smooth execution of promotional activities in the Region.Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile 12 15 years of relevant experience in handling Marketing Activities Experience in Budgeting & Planning Continuous Innovation. Crisis Awareness Anticipates problems, roadblocks and major obstructions, and plans accordingly Comfortable handling figures and data analysis and interpretation Proficient in MS Office, esp. MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint High on self Motivation, positive attitude and work ethic Ability to work under pressure
