, Lead the execution of Retail, consumer & customer marketing initiatives across assigned areas, ensuring an outstanding level of execution excellence in the market., Responsible for developing and strengthening the business relationship with the retail partner., Detailed PSI management., Sell out Management and SEC engagement towards retail accounts., Store display and counter share improvement. , Support and develop sales strategy with the account,partner and marketing teams., Keep an eye on market trends and competitor strategies and review the same weekly basis, SCM planning and input time to time., Deliver the Target and sales KPIs as per the MBO., Make sure that schemes & targets being deployed at the account level
