Review & monitor sales performance

Drive sales engagements through FSE contests

Market planning & scoping

Manpower planning & Deployment

Ensure sales analytics to be shared

Enable sales team to achieve their targets

Work cross functionally to set up sales operation processes

Share feedback with management for their effective decision making
