Position Summary & Purpose
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of 10-15 phone-based Home Loan Specialists (Mortgage Brokers), ensuring they provide the very best service to our customers. Our Home Loan Specialists are fully qualified mortgage brokers who are supported by smart technology and expert teams to achieve higher quality deals.  
With Lendi's online platform and seamless digital experience, your team will be speaking to customers nationwide over the phone, and with our "Flex First," you will oversee your staff virtually most of the time.

Position Responsibilities

Drive Lendi's sales strategy and ensuring the team is achieving the weekly and monthly targets
Provide advice on home loan scenarios and structures to your team, 'workshopping' deals and developing their industry knowledge
Coach and mentor your team on best practice and implementing training strategies to drive best performance
Spearhead regular sales training & coaching through a mixture of call recordings and live sales observation
Strategically working with leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve processes, procedures, and productivity

 
Position Requirements - Background & Expertise

Experienced Sales Manager who has managed a team of phone-based lenders, mortgage brokers, or home loan specialists in a high-performing environment, or who has worked with mortgage brokers at a bank or lending organisation
Proven understanding of home loan structures and scenarios, with the ability to train, coach and mentor the team
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead the team from the front and motivate them to achieve and exceed their monthly targets and customer experience expectations, whilst promoting our fun, inclusive and collaborative company culture
As an energetic, natural leader, you'll thrive in our fast paced and agile environment; be team-oriented and operate with flexibility to evolve and implement change as required
