Job Description

Introduction Responsibilities: • Assist to build iRobot’s on line e commerce retail channel development strategy, route to market development plan to meet consumer needs for Mainland China • Tmall flagship stores and Ali group’s process understanding and connection. • Lead and develop Tmall iRobot store strategy, operation process, and lead TP’s development. Deliver Tmall’s sales target and improve ROI. • Manage and guide estore’s development with global ecom team’s guidance. • Work with TP, and Ali group for yearly joint business plan, quarter plan and big window’s design and delivery. • Build and maintain a good business relationship with China Key targeted e retailers via conducting annual game plan, daily operation, periodic business review, un official vendor clearance and continuous optimization. • Analyze customer profile, marketing data, market conditions and competitor information, as well as recommending appropriate action to achieve the sales target • Revisit operating model and identify opportunities to develop optimization projects to enhance our brand dealers competitiveness on Tmall • Identify and seek for joint marketing and campaign programs with Tmall to promote the business of our customers • Build and monitor critical e commerce KPI Matrix of our customers and provide recommendations assistance in driving their result with big data analysis incentive program Requirements: University Degree in communications, marketing, ecommerce or related field. Fluent in both written and verbal English Brand ecom experiences for 5 years above Tmall and Ali group working experiences with 3 years above At least 3 year experiences in e commerce industry, preferably within electrical appliance, FMCG or premium consumer goods industry Solid experience in Tmall store operations (Content Management, eMerchandising, A B testing personalization experience in building eBusiness operations organization, processes, guidelines) Good understanding experience in digital marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display) Strong organizational & project management skills, attention to details, self motivated Good cross function communication and collaboration with Marketing and offline sales
