Sales Enablement Lead: Strategic Accounts:
About the Role:
Work closely with the Expansions & Partnerships team to help them target Strategic Accounts
Coach and train sellers on Brand Building and Solution Selling
Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
Design and deliver/facilitate sales skills workshops together with management and internal stakeholders
Work with internal teams, such as Sales leadership, Product Marketing and Sales Operations, to conduct training on new products, product positioning and sales methodology
Manage, conduct and continually develop the Onboarding, Reboarding, Crossboarding and Refresh program for new and existing sales employees
Measure success of the training program through sales effectiveness and other metrics
Someone with prior B2B SaaS international sales (US /EMEA) or enablement experience of 3+ years and a total experience of 5+ years.
Experience in selling to Large Enterprises/ F500 & F100 companies
Someone who is comfortable with working in the US Shift Timings (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
