About the position


We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. In this position you will research and prospect into businesses and have high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts, with the goal of generating qualified opportunities for our Sales team.


Our SDR will complete 100+ outbound activities a day between calls, emails, social selling, direct mail, video messages, etc; many of these outbound activities will result in no response or “no’s” from prospects and we’re looking for team members who can be creative and handle rejection. Through your outbound messaging efforts you will have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue generation, fueling our growth while laying the foundation for a strong career in B2B SaaS sales.


To be successful in this role you will be a team player who is highly self motivated and ready to learn. We are looking for personable candidates with a strong work ethic and level of grit. What you’ll do:



  • Partner with Sales Team to select accounts and contacts fitting our Ideal Customer Profiles to target, prospect into, identify new sales opportunities, set meetings, and facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close

  • Hit outbound activity metrics using different channels of communication such as phone calls, email, social selling, direct mail, video messaging, etc.

  • Qualify marketing leads in a fast yet efficient manner through multiple channels while maintaining positive brand recognition (inbounding)

  • Achieve quarterly qualified opportunity quotas

  • Social selling and lead generation activity via LinkedIn

  • Continuously maintain, organize, and update Salesforce.com

  • Design and execute creative sales/marketing campaigns

The starting salary for this role is $30 an hour with eligibility for overtime. Additional compensation to include: commissions (as applicable), annual bonus structure (as applicable), full benefits and perks.
