The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales Development team. You will be reporting to our Sales Development Manager and will be coached to become a world-class SDR who can open doors with decision-makers at the world’s largest companies.

What you’ll do

You will...

  • Learn how to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities
  • Use various approaches and techniques to stand out from the noise and engage hard-to-reach prospects
  • Research the world’s largest companies and use this research to craft compelling sales outreach
  • Hold initial conversations with prospects before handing over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Create both outbound and inbound sales opportunities
  • A/B test and continuously improve outbound sales cadences to engage more great-fit buyers

What you’ll need

You should...

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have a desire to be coached to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability and desire to take constructive feedback
  • Self-motivation and a hunger to succeed
  • Great communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate business acumen (although sales experience is not required!)
