Skillset:Must Have:, In depth understanding of the healthcare domain to facilitate creation of healthy sales pipeline of accounts, Experience in dealing with multiple stake holders in larger organization, Good knowledge of MedTech and Healthcare Industry, latest market dynamics, Experience in working for MedTech,Healthcare clients in the US, Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts, Excellent analytical and problem,solving skills, Strong experience in handling healthcare enabling solutions, Academic background , Computer Science,Engineering, Healthcare, Post,Graduation MandatoryNice to Have:, Techno functional background, Experience in working in cross,therapy area, cross, brand and cross,practice area exposure, e.g. advanced analytics, interoperability etc., Previous thought leadership experienceDescription:, Work with different stakeholders, sales, inside sales, account management team and delivery teams to pitch new projects , solutions , capabilities to clients, Work closely to put forth new capabilities , solutions in front of clients in the most effective manner, Strong experience in handling healthcare enabling solutions, Creating customized healthcare value proposition for customers, Providing and presenting summarized research and analysis reports to the senior management on the trends, changes, influences, in the healthcare industry, Translate clients requirements into operational strategies and winning themes, Help grow the BU topline by proactively look for areas where we can pitch , cross,sell solutions to existing , new clients., Hold the thread on big RFPs,RFIs,RFQs across the multiple stakeholders, organize meetings , conferences, Create impactful presentations, documents and supporting material to enable selling and business development activities, Publish thought leadership , articles, knowledge papers, blogs etc.
