Job Description

Responsibilities:, Drive Process excellence through designing,re,designing blueprints for internal processes and ensuring SOP adherence, Cross Functional SLAs, and zero operational risks in the BO processes, Automate the processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency, & scalability, Business process re,engineering , Radical redesign of Lending Ops (BO) processes to achieve improvements in productivity, quality & cost. Rethink existing processes to deliver more value & reduce cost., Proactively analyze and dive deep areas impacting processes and key metrics, Develop programs, roadmaps and process improvements initiatives, Dash boards, Work closely with the delivery team & collaborate on Process improvements, Metrics & KPI's, Collaborate with multiple departments including Operations, Customer Experience, Product to understand and quantify the impacts on the processes of key business decision and tradeoffs, Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed, Develop and deliver content for cross functional operational reviews with internal leadership, Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results, Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and opportunities to improve or simplify SOPs in order to drive efficiency, Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered, Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are metRequirements:, Top,notch academics, preferably from Tier 1 institutes , MBA,Engineer, Metric , Target driven , 3+ years of Work experience, Experience with Lean, Six Sigma analytical techniques is a plus, Experience of re,engineering projects, Previous experience in Analytics, Experience in Business re,engineering process
