Job Description

Responsibilities :, Set up training and quality org for Inside Sales, Work closely with business delivery team to analyse areas of improvements in pitch and quality, develop and implement action plans for corrections, Identify TNAs basis quality audits, plan and implement training program for improvements, Monitor and evaluate the training program's effectiveness, success and impact on business metrics and periodically report them, Ensure audit process is up to date basis business requirementsRequirements :, 7+ years of experience in Training and Quality function. Start ups,BPO experience required. Candidates who have experience in both operations and T&Q preferred, Team handling experience is mandatory. Experience in sales excellence, defining sales pitch, measuring pitch effectiveness etc
