The role would responsible for driving the rewards philosophy for the organisation and implement best practices in tandem with the business vision for the organisation.
This role would also be driving performance and productivity benchmarking for the organisation in line with the business practices
Managing the complete annual budgeting cycles and drive people analytics and metrics.
Launch a Reward & Recognition program for the organization and ensure success and usage
Proactively recommend other incentive plans such as LTI and other cash based retention plans
Aside from the above core responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to support other aspects of people philosophy and contribute to relevant strategic initiatives of the HR function with a goal to make the organisation the best place to work. S he must be a strong, effective team player.
Looking at HR Candidates with 6 9 years of HR experience, of which atleast 3 years in core Rewards with top tier organisations.
