Key responsibilities:, Coordinating with business heads on current and emerging manpower requirements, Formulating recruitment strategy based on the target group (online, referral, agencies, etc)., Framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads, Ideate and implement innovative methods of hiring professionals across domains, Ensuring optimum utilization of available hiring tools and techniques, Screening and shortlisting of profiles and subsequent screening to understand the candidate needs and accordingly match with the job requirements in hand and making the candidates go through the selection process, Creating competitive value proposition for prospect and presenting it to ensure conversion, Conducting benchmarking and market mapping activities, Mapping and documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function, Keeping all stakeholders updated on the hiring status, Managing recruitment compliance and costs
