1. Managing & Building portfolio and thereby generating business for the bank by acquiring new clients for fund based as well as non fund based products.
2. Appraising proposals which include understanding the business model of the company, their current banking arrangements, their current funding requirement, analyzing their past and current financials, reference checks, scrutinizing other relevant documents etc
3. Handling the complete cycle from client acquisition till final disbursement. This involves acquisition of the client, analysis of the proposal, presenting and discussing the proposal with the credit team, post sanctioning activities like executing the basic and legal documents of the client, co ordination with the operations team for final disbursement
4. Enhancing relationships with the existing clients by interacting regularly with them, understanding and fulfilling their banking requirements on a regular basis, and thereby ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
