Managing complete Customer Life Cycle right from acquisition, maintenance and retention
Taking necessary steps for controlling & reducing customer attrition amidst highly dynamic business environments.
Formulating & implementing Business Processes Standard Operating Procedures for achieving standardization of operations across the organisation.
Conceptualizing new service system & responsible for its implementation.
Strategy for improvement in service.
Redefining existing processes & make blue print for improved sustainable processes.
Evaluation & selection of CRM solution as per new laid down requirements.
Provide technical support to branches in coordination with factory.
