Job Description

1. Will be responsible for the sales of pkt Tea across the states of North, Parts of East ( Bihar & Jharkhand) and North, as a Profit Centre Head2. To achieve volume & value targets of the region as per the business plan of the Division, through constant review & monitoring of the performance. 3. To plan and direct the strategies required to sustain and grow in market shop share as per the business plans.4. To maintain and enhance the motivation levels by consistent on job training of slaes personnel, including the Redistribution stockists.5. To review the implementation of BTL & marketing inputs to achieve the objectives laid as per above, and suggest improvements if required.6. To oversee and ensure the adherence to agreed systems, budgetary discipline, reporting and feedback, and redressal of complaints grievances if any.7.
