Zonal Regional Manager FMCG CANDIDATES ONLYFor a leading FMCG company reporting to Business Head MBA Marketing with 10 + yrs of experience .YOU SHOULD HAVE WORKED OR CURRENTLY WORKING WITH FMCG INDUSTRY, PREFERABLY INTO PERSONAL CARE To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the regions Provide strategic direction to the ASMs . Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through Ensure effective New product introductions through achievement of a minimum Perfect Punch Score & effective distribution strategy Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation. Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition. Monitor competitor activity anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms
