Job Description

, Build & leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive & ongoing service to ensure retention of clients , Servicing the existing clients , Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members. , Per client revenue optimization , Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts , Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures. , Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables. , Ensure timely delivery of services to clients , Train, monitor & motivate a team of around 15 , 20 Executives with 2,3 Business Manager, 2+ Experience of Sales , Servicing , Retention preferably in BFSI , Telecom , Ecommerce , Service industry , Minimum experience of 1+ year in managing a team of more than 20,25 Executives with 3 layers of Reporting
