Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales performance of the General trade Channel for the assigned region in India. He, She assists the Sales Director in delivering the overall territory sales objectives.Job Role :, Plan and Achieve product category,wise monthly Sales(primary, secondary) for the Region., Own and drive the P&L for the region, Go,to,market planning and execution by identifying and appointing distributors, setting up of infrastructure for market coverage and execution of trade plans, Stakeholder engagement to drive month on month sales plan and priorities, Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, consumer choices and consumer behaviour, Ensure distribution capability efficiency, outlet expansion benchmarks and objectives are metA successful candidate is someone with:, MBA from Premier B school, 8,12 years of experience in core FMCG ,FMCD sales, Experience in handling large business Volumes and a large team size will be ideal, Having an aptitude for General Management, Sales Management, Supply Chain and Key stakeholder management
