Job Summary:, Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure retention of clients.Job Profile:, Servicing the existing clients, Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members., Per client revenue optimization, Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts, Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures., Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables., Ensure timely delivery of services to clientsTrain, monitor & motivate a team of around 15 , 20 Executives with 2,3 Business Manager.Qualification:, Graduation and Equivalent, B.Tech PreferredMBA Top,B Schools PreferredKnowledge And Experience:, Experience of Sales , Servicing , Retention preferably in BFSI , Telecom , Ecommerce , Service industry, Minimum experience of 3+ year in managing a team of more than 20,25 Executives with 3 layers of ReportingRequired Skills:, Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownershipAble to build credible relationships with influencing ability, Must have team handling experiencePersonal Attributes:, Team Management, Reports Management, Data Interpretation, Interpersonal ability
