Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to have a go at a leadership role and handle big teams with end,to,end responsibility of team. Role would require one to be up for extensive travel across the region and be very hands on in the market to be a role model for team.Role reports to Country head., Supervise, co,ordinate and lead all the zonal heads, city heads who in turn manage their own P&L, Operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management in sync with state and city level teams, To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the region across the regulatory spectrum, internal stakeholders, promoters, and competition, Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the P&L of the region, Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company, Responsible for planning, projection and implementation of agreed plans end to end, Seeking Folks from FMCG,Telecom,Pharma,Paints,Consumer durables,Start,ups with experience in leading regions and,or P&L management.
