Job Description

To achieve targeted market share, profitability, and book growth of the assigned Region through a team of Out,Bound Sales force., Managing a team of Branch Sales Managers and Business Development Officers, to achieve new customer acquisition, cross sell to existing clients and enhancing profitability from assigned book. Work in synergy with various product teams to enhance market share and reducing the DFC, with a clear focus on PPOP enhancements., Recruitment and team building activities to keep the morale of the team high., Training and development of the team on new products and processes, introduced by the Bank from time to time., Performance review and intervention, on a regular basis, to ensure desired results., Ensuring Customer delight by ensuring high standards of Service and by achieving high NPS.
