Regional Head , Operation || US RegionThe position will be responsible for the entire region covering the growth, delivery of services, programs, projects, COE initiatives, Talent fulfillment, and Customer units with revenues of 20 Million + USD and leading a Technology services & practice team strength of over 400+.Qualification, Skills & Experience1. Overall 18+ years experience in the industry with a minimum of 15 years+ of experience covering Account Management or delivery management for a set of accounts (> 400 people).2. Majority of experience working with Services organizations.3. Experience in managing multiple customers across geographies.4. Experience working extensively with the US region.5. Must provide leadership to a dedicated talent acquisition team for all tactical and strategical needs for the entire region.6. Staff Augmentation and project management on a regional level.7. Experience in onshore and offshore delivery, rotate people on the onshore and offshore models, growing teams by supporting talent acquisition for external and internal hiring.8. Experience at the customer site as onsite CEM , Account manager or experience as Sales Head for Horizontal or Industry verticals9. Fixed Price project management, with SLA,based delivery.10. Multi,vendor , SI Program management experience.11. Experience in handling large teams in India (should have handled large enterprise accounts or multiple small and medium,sized accounts).12. Well,versed with quality management processes.13. Pre,sales exposure14. Any leadership initiatives at the Corporate level or any SBU,vertical,functional level, with a proven success15. Good Networking across the Industry.16. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written for both technical and non,technical, can work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service,oriented manner.17. Experience in Managing VISA's.Roles & Responsibilities:1. The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to the regional leaders like Delivery managers , Operations team in running the delivery and operations to meet and excel the customer needs and drive growth.2. Must work closely & collaborate with other region heads , CTO , CDO, COE , Sales , Pre,Sales to grow the business.3. Must provide leadership to a dedicated talent acquisition team for all tactical and strategical needs for the entire region.4. Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customers.5. Take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts along with the overall region.6. Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision for the region.7. Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight.8. Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate9. Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the region.Experience required: 18 , 25 years.Location: Gurgaon Current location: Any, willing to relocate to Gurgaon.Working hours: Will have to take calls till 11:30 PM or more.Notice Period: Immediate , 2 months.Travel required for the job post restrictions lift.
