Our Client is looking for Regional Manager Investment Sales

Major Responsibilities

Establishing and Building relationships with Developers, investors and landlords

Generating income yielding office assets from the market place either by developers or owners

Understanding demand and supply dynamics in office real estate

Ability to reach out to HNI’s and UHNI’s either directly or through various channels

Ability to understand different city dynamics and source office preleased assets and make offerings to investors

Should be able to implement the process for transaction management seamlessly for the client

Works on Request For Proposal

Negotiation strategy with landlord

Negotiation strategy with client

Manage and close the entire Transaction Life Cycle

Financial Analysis

Customize service offering to meet client expectations


MBA PGDM in Sales & Marketing Finance

Work Experience

Experience – 10 – 12 years of experience Years in Sales and Client Management Background.

Preferably from Wealth Management Background with broking skills such as persuasiveness, market coverage and intelligence,

Should have 4 + Years in Real Estate Commercial Sale, preferably engaged in Office Asset Sales to HNI’s
