TEAM HANDLING experience is must.About the role :The Regional Demand Head (RDH) will lead the offline sales , both corporate and travel,trade in the regions. The candidate shall be responsible :, Growing the offline institutional demand from the region by winning, retaining and growing business from our clients in the region, Lead the P&L for the sales channel in the region , Devise the monthly budgets, targets and marketing spends to achieve the AOP, Hire, train, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals across the region , Be invested in the growth of the team and ensure each member is achieving their individual targets, Represent the company at trade shows, travel marts, external stakeholders, etc., Strategize the sales plans for key properties in the portfolio and assess the prospects of entering new markets
