Job Description

Our client is one of the leading IT companies in India. They have around 25+ offices across 12 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 40+ countries. They have emerged as a leader in new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing or Machine Learning (ML).Presently, they seek to hire a Recruitment Head. The role demands management of complete end to end Talent Acquisition for India and Global region. It will report to the Head HR and will have a team of 2,3 people reporting to him.KRAs of the role are to :1. Work with business leaders and HR business partners to research, design and implement a proactive recruitment strategy that will successfully delivery on all recruitment needs.2. Build a clear understanding of current and future resourcing requirements, ensuring the team is set up to successfully deliver on all current and future needs3. Provide strong leadership to the recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, sources of hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, etc.4. Lead organization's understanding of the external marketplace, driving recommendations for change based on changing market dynamics and the impact they can have on co.5. Take a lead on employer branding initiatives that support organization's reputation as an employer of choice.6. Ensure the company culture and values are represented throughout the resourcing process.Skills and Experience | Essential1. Must have 12+ years of experience of working within an IT or services organization, and with experience of working for a multi,national Company.2. Should have good experience in lateral hiring, volume hiring with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.3. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. job boards, social networks, etc.)4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long,term relationships (with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates).5. Strong organization skills, with the ability to project manage and prioritize across a wide range of priorities
