Position Summary
Education at Work is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Student Success for Recruitment and Campus Outreach who will assist in the implementation of a campus recruitment strategy yielding high-achieving students from the University of Utah and other colleges/universities in the Tempe area. The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be (1) the execution of a full recruitment cycle for student employees of our Tempe, while (2) increasing brand awareness to a diverse spectrum of stakeholders and university constituents.
