Celigo is looking for a Recruiter to join a high-performing, collaborative team driving incredible growth. You will continuously develop a robust pipeline of prospective candidates to support the needs of diverse teams across the organization. This is a fully remote opportunity.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup. You’re at home in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and dynamic environment
- Strong sourcing experience - a history of finding and engaging exceptional talent on challenging roles in competitive job markets
- Passion around on job seeker experience. Your candidates know where they stand in the process at any given point in time. Honesty and Integrity matters
- Experience supporting roles in Customer Success and Sales Operations in a SaaS or PaaS company
What would you do, if hired?
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse roles, including creating innovative sourcing strategies, effectively managing multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods while creating and owning a flawlessly positive candidate experience. We own our results
- Quickly establish rapport and trust with your fellow teammates, hiring managers, and candidates to effectively and expeditiously fill roles with top talent
- Maintain accurate records (Greenhouse) throughout the process. We operate in a highly collaborative environment and our central processes are key to our success. We are routinely evaluating our process and asking, “How can it be better”
- Focus on DEI recruiting practices. We are committed to providing a place to be our authentic selves
