Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Rahi Systems, goal will be to develop the business with several large customers.

Rahi Systems has a broad portfolio of Solutions Products and Services. Candidate for this position will have to solidify existing relationships and also grow the customer base in India.

Candidate accepted in this position will be responsible for growing the customer base and expanding relationships within customer base. Develop long term strategies and shorter term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.

Must be extremely results driven, customer focused and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships. Will be engaged in cross regional strategic programs.

Need to develop relationships across all aspects of the business including Customers, Vendors, Operations and Internally with the different geographical team within Rahi Systems.

Candidate accepted in this role will have an extremely incentivized package to help develop the business and really become part of the executive management team at Rahi Systems if you have the ability to deliver the results.

Develop the Business & Sales Model for the customers. Develop innovative solutions sales models.

Assume responsibility for result, including costs, methods and staffing .Develop the P&L for the business and help grow the business overall within your customer base.

Take the Outbound Marketing Initiatives to gather leads.Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers for Data Center Solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ability to develop a business completely independently and leverage broad portfolio of products solutions.

Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.

Strong relationship building and negotiating skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with team across geographies and independently as a stand alone unit.

Strong understanding of overall Data Center Space and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and or consultative sales techniques.

An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.

Experience as a Sales Representative with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.

Demonstrated experience working with Sales organizations and technical teams.

Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs.

A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees.
