Job Title: Quality Control Lab Technician

Location: Cincinnati, OH



Job Overview: Our Quality Control Lab Technician will perform necessary duties to ensure all product meets requirements as specified in the Quality Control Manual and Quality Control Records.


Responsible for running all QC tests and reporting results. Must be able to enter data into computer systems,keep good records, and perform work with little supervision safely and effectively.

Maintains work accuracy at a high level of personal expertise in order to ensure the procedures are accuratelyfollowed and results properly recorded.

Performs all work in a safe manner. Knows and reviews both laboratory and plant safety rules. UtilizeAppropriate PPE as needed. Must have good communication skills.

Meets both regular and overtime commitments on a timely basis

Ensures that SOP’s (in particular tests and specifications), information systems, calibration programs, ISOrequirements and company procedures are adequately implemented and maintained to ensure compliancewith all company QMS requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe environment. Meets overtime requirements for the department. Is able to workwith a minimum of supervision and uses good judgment.

Expresses a good attitude by working with others, developing solid team performance, communicates clearlyand effectively and meets organizational goals.

Uses data analysis to identify and correct product issues. Able to perform limited formulation of WIP withsupervision. Contributes to improvement teams and in training new staff.

Position Requirements


High School diploma or GED Required

Computer efficiency required

Candidates must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of safety

Candidates must possess sound verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is helpful

Wear appropriate PPE at all times
