Big 4 Opening , Corporate Communications Experts The Communications team supports the growth and transformation of the organization through high quality communications and change management support to leadership, lines of businesses, and the organization as a whole.Role & Responsibilities:, Lead the strategy and execution of high impact "People centric" communications, working closely with the Human Capital and Communications leadership teams. , The role spans internal communications, employer branding, and talent acquisition communications. , The individual will drive key HC priorities by leading impactful change management and communications strategies aligned to strategic priorities. , Lead the strategy and execution of high impact communications for campuses hires from. Work closely with executive leadership, support departments, the US and local Communications team and HR team., Establish and build the campus communications function ground,up. Establish communications processes and protocols, and manage the channels of communications., Develop and deliver an integrated Communications strategy encompassing effective positioning of HR to stakeholders , people engagement, culture building and building the brand in the market as the preferred destination for building careers., Establish contact with the Communications team in the US and other centers to drive common objectives, culture building and strategic programs., Enable the development of a unique campus brand internally and externally, leveraging a wide range of communications strategies, plans, tactics and channels. , Will handle large scale campus engagement activities during hiring season, speaker opportunities, sponsored events and proactively identify opportunities to engage with campuses through the entire lifecycle of talent acquisition. , Support campus ambassadors and business to communicate effectively in campuses through toolkits, presentations, mails, social media and other channels.Requirements:, Atleast 7 years of experience in the areas of corporate communications, change management, internal and external communications. Experience in creating strategy and executing campaigns is a definite plus. Exposure to communications and change management in the set up and institutionalization of global shared services preferred., Experience of working in campus branding team or corporate communication function specifically supporting hiring in a top organization in the services industry with active hiring on campus, Experience of working in corporate communications for a multinational organization. Exposure to working in global teams., Relevant experience in strategizing, creating and managing People communications, a must. , Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills, along with attention to detail and process orientation., Create detailed plans, clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, calendar to track the plans, Good understanding of diverse channels of communication useful for campus including but not limited to mails and social media., Post graduate or Graduate degree,diploma in mass communication , advertising & PR , marketing or related field., Self driven, proactive, resilient, energetic and inclusive, Ability to network, educate and negotiate with senior stakeholders regarding communications that will work in the marketplace
