  • We are currently looking for an individual interested in working within a small multidisciplinary marketing team as a Marketing and Communications Project Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of mandates with the objective of promoting the NOVIPRO Group's brands, its innovative solutions and its team of seasoned experts.

Main responsibilities
In your position with us, you will be asked to work on the following:

Communications coordination

Develop, plan and coordinate Novipro's communications activities
Plan, write and publish newsletters
Contribute to the writing, quality, revision and production of publications for all departments
Develop and coordinate new concepts and social media initiatives
Coordinate the animation and feeding of social media.
Coordinate web and print advertising campaigns (design, production, publication and analysis of results) in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
Write agency briefs.
Continuously improve the website's SEO.
Plan the editorial calendar.
Ensure the regular update of content on the extranet.
Set up indicators to evaluate the performance of marketing activities, propose innovative ideas and increase the return on investment of the initiatives deployed;
Coordinate video and photo shoots with external parties.
Develop and maintain relationships with the media and ensure public relations
Participate in the implementation of the marketing budget
Partner project management

Act as the main contact for partners;

Evaluate and study the needs of partners;
Analyze and develop recommendations for various influence projects
Identify the right resources to carry out the projects;

Ensure simple and effective communication with the partner and the various internal and/or external teams;
Ensure the smooth running, coherence and quality of projects at every stage (schedule, budget, strategic orientations);
Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues with a partner
Plan, organize, coordinate and ensure a rigorous follow-up of project activities to ensure the success of projects
Ensure the quality of the projects delivered;
Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with partners and suppliers: negotiation, project follow-up, verification and adaptation of various deliverables;

Planning and management of digital campaigns

Plan and purchase placements for digital advertising campaigns
In collaboration with the marketing department and the partner, identify and understand the objectives and translate them into media strategies
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns
Deploy campaigns
Ensure measurability of digital campaigns
Manage strategies on an ongoing basis, optimize digital campaigns
Ensure that deadlines and budgets are respected
Prepare reports according to the needs of the client or the consulting department

Qualifications required
You are the ideal candidate if you :

Have a university degree in marketing/communications or any other combination of education and experience deemed relevant
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital and content marketing
are bilingual (French and English) and have excellent writing skills
have an eagle eye for editing, improving and popularizing texts
Have a passion for interactive marketing and social media
have the ability to work on different projects simultaneously
are definitely proactive, rigorous and organized
are a jack-of-all-trades, curious and motivated by change and challenges
Have an excellent command of Power Point and Excel
master the use of a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics an asset)
Have knowledge of the information technology industry (an asset)
Knowledge of marketing automation principles and experience working with the Hubspot platform (an asset)
