Job Description

One of esteemed clients (the company is a FMCG, Logistics, Warehouse management & a E,commerce company incepted in 2016) is looking out for Project Manager in Human Recourse,Analytics, Reporting and Transformation. The position is based in Pune Location (This year its WFH, next year once the pandemic situation is under control, this will be working from Office)You will lead the projects and implementation role across Human Resources function specially for Talent Acquisition,Recruitment functions. Execute and deliver timely roll outs to clients to change their customer experience. You should have an intense desire to set the vision transforming business goals into exciting and actionable propositions. You should be a reliable technical advisor to clients and overcome complicated implementation challenges, Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers (internal HR and Sr. Board Members and key systems users). Requires extensive experience in matrix and consensus management., Leads users,customers in prioritizing new projects, operations enhancement , excellence projects for Human Resources., Responsible for producing all kinds of reports like Compensation, Headcount, Attrition, demographic and Diversity Analysis Reports to the Top,Level management. , Work closely with other Internal and External Teams to understand their reporting requirements and Build reports, Metrics and Dashboards accordingly within timeline following the data confidentiality matrix. , Developing meaningful and effective HR functional dashboards (covering Headcount, Attrition, hiring etc.) to support the leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs. , Subject matter expert for all key HR reporting systems. This includes identifying reporting and analysis problems and working with the HR Transformation Team across location to resolve them, understand and reconcile gaps,overlaps,apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools, investigate possible methods of improving data collection and reporting processes for the HR community, Driving team to incorporate the changes in all reports after every System Release. , Interacting with each Market SPOC for Operations reviews on a monthly basis. , Engaged in quality improvement of all Reports, by making it more analytic driven and ensuring compliance to HR reporting quality standards. , Driving Audit and Quality Check for all deliverables. , Automating Reports to minimize manual intervention thus reducing human errors and ensuring efficiency gain for in the team Skill Sets: , , Excellent communication, presentation, Project management and stakeholder management skills , Well versed with Microsoft Excel , grasp over other HR data analysis tools and Business Intelligence tools , Must be able to multitask, Analytical problem,solving skills , Team Player & management skills , Ability to take ownership and drive projects to closure Experience: 5 to 10 years Compensation Budget range, 10.00 to 15.00 LPA.
