Plum has forged new underwriting and fraud detection algorithms to enable companies as small as 5 to benefit from a group insurance. The platform enables realtime insurance design & pricing to enable companies to buy insurance in 3-clicks. And offers employees a hassle-free claims experience through an integrated digital process.

About the role

We’ve been trying to rewrite how employee health insurance and wellness works in India, and while it has been an exciting and rewarding journey, we’re just getting started. We’re now setting our sights on addressing the needs of mid-sized and large enterprise customers. Our Product team and our sales team are raring to go, but we need a strong PMM to act as the perfect conduit between the two.  

We’re looking for a PMM who can manage our Sales Enablement efforts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our sales folks have all the resources they need to close like the bosses they are. Of course, you’ll also be the voice of our internal and external customers to our Product team.
