Job Description

Responsibilities : , 2+ years of experience owning and driving end,to,end complex product requirements across multiple teams. , Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for initiatives,features enhancing users i.e. customer and partner experience. , Drive improvement and conversion based on user experience and feedback to ensure the highest quality experience. , Come up with new ideas and avenues to acquire users. , Work backwards from user needs, wants and pain points to quickly iterate and articulate a strategy and long,term goals. , Use or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups to identify user stories,use cases and best,of,breed benchmarks for solving user problems. , Lead the creation of high,quality communication and dashboard infrastructure for an optimum user experience. , Work with the Marketing team to analyze and understand the pain points of the user acquisition and develop products to optimize user conversion keeping the cost low.Requirements :, Minimum 2,year experience in Product Management. Passion for user experience, design, and experimentation. , Strong analytical mindset and ability to extract and analyze data from SQL based Databases. , A conceptual understanding of basic software development principles and software concepts like Databases, Servers, APIs, etc. , Experience working at a high growth start,up. , Prior experience of working in B2C internet companies, e,commerce and customer experience is must. Qualification: , Should be from a top,tier engineering college (IITs,NITs,BITs). MBA from a premier business school (IIMs,ISB) is a plus
