About the Team: 

The Marketplace Operations & Brand Management team manages the end-to-end growth of our strategic categories, builds ambitious & strategic business growth plans, and partners with other teams to accelerate & amplify the current success of our brands to reach the next level.

About the role

As a Product Management DTC at Branded, you'll work in the DTC department planning, launching, and fine-tuning our brands' websites. Branded consists of some of the brightest and most experienced people in the industry, so you will have a chance to learn, develop new skills and sharpen the existing ones. We're looking for bright and motivated professionals excited to grow their careers in Product Management and e-Commerce.

What you will do

  • Managing, improving, and scaling product communications, both internally and externally.

  • Working closely with the Product Manager, developers, and the Marketing team to shape the backlog, track progress, and assign priorities to all new projects.

  • Optimizing and fine-tuning all existing brand DTC stores, ensuring that our customers have the most optimal experience.

  • Aligning stakeholders around the product vision for the websites and coordinating with Brand Managers to execute the strategy

  • Experimenting validated ideas from product discovery via A/B tests on Google Optimize

  • Defining, monitoring, and improving key product metrics that affect the conversion funnel

  • Shaping the development of our proprietary platform that allows us to easily manage multiple brands at scale

  • Identifying best practices to be implemented across all our brands via our platform ecosystem

Who you are 

  • 1-3 years of relevant Product Management experience, preferably worked on stores powered by Shopify/Magenta/WordPress

  • Passion for tech: you are curious to understand how things work and comfortable in a technical environment.

  • Knowledge of liquid, HTML, CSS preferred.

  • Analytical mindset: you like taking things apart to learn how they work

  • Familiar with CRM tools, HotJar, Google Analytics, GTM, and Google Optimize. 

  • Obsessed with customers: you are the voice of the customer 

  • Dedication and commitment to project deadlines

  • Empathic for customers and insight-driven

  • Detail oriented

  • Fluent English is mandatory
