Blend`s story began as a video-based social network to help people find like minded friends.We had successfully pivoted in Ukraine and were going to expand and grow globally in the next few years rapidly.But the war escalated and came to our homes all over Ukraine.We’ve seen that people from all over the world are eagerly supporting everyone affected by this war.To make this process easier, we launched Blend - a non-profit app where everyone can provide and get help.

We are looking for the product's future development possibilities in the social domains.

  • Product-focused skill set - that includes scrum development, agile framework, IT design and more.
  • Decision making skills - making the right decisions at the right time for product related information.

Responsibilities include:


  • Product vision - along with a team creating future product vision.
  • Product Strategy - create and execute future product strategy to fulfill and meet various business KPIs.
  • Owning the business case - manage product profitability and commercial success.
  • Continuous customer research and product analysis - as all decisions should be based on customer, product and market research data, you should initiate and supervise various types of research.
  • Customer experience - identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Team management - make sure cross-functional team (Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Design, Dev) collaboration is on point.
