Job Description :, Define, lead and execute a holistic strategy to work towards business goals; collaborate across regions, product areas and functions, Aggregates and assess product feedback and feature requests to identify unmet customer needs and opportunities, Manage short,term focused market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product planning activities, Leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments and data analysis and translate them into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users. Also partner with design,research team to facilitates problem,solving,co,design sessions, Lead a small team of Product Managers to build, operate and deliver winning products. Dedicate part of their time to help direct PM reports and part of their time delivering products. Guides & helps stream team members to ensure they're doing their best work, Owns OKRs and drives strategy & roadmap for their stream(s), ensuring alignment with OKRs and strategy for their streams, Structures and leads strategic conversations,meetings with cross,functional stakeholders, Passionately builds positiveness and teamwork and resolves tricky issues within their product stream(s). Builds a culture of feedback and coordinate with third,party partners whenever requiredWhat You Will Need :, A Bachelor's , Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management, At least 5,7 years of product management experience in delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with stellar design taste and product instincts and have work experience in the internet , Financial , Payments industry is preferredHave worked for several years in Indonesia and speak fluent Bahasa IndonesiaAbility to organize and allocate tasks to the junior team membersDemonstrated ability to apply frameworks to make and justify product,prioritization arrangements Demonstrates a nuanced good knowledge of data, design & research, software engineering and business processes and partners effectively with those teamsYou, re fluent in English and have good communication skills with the ability to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plan forward into a structured and organised storylineStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and High attention to detail, ability to insist on high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, clashing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
