They are focused on deepening their brand footprint in India. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Private Label Manager to fuel and sustain the growth for India.Job Description   You will be in permanent contact with fashion market trends and working closely with sourcing partners to lead and supervise the production collection from evaluating and bringing in the right sourcing partners, to making key trade offs to ensure the product is produced quickly and at the best cost and quality You ensure the product meets their quality standards, and that we are first to market with launching their styles You will develop marry your deep knowledge of the market for production of kidswear with their profound knowledge of the Indian customer behavior and evolution, to deliver best in class styles at quick turnaround times and palatable prices You will work closely with the category teams to understand the collection structure on site and assess styles that will be moved to private label production You will actively make trade offs to ensure that the final product arrives within the prescribed timeline, cost and quality parameters You are responsible for sourcing of new suppliers and negotiation with suppliers Price negotiation, shortening delivery times as much as possible, maintaining high quality standards and high margins. On site negotiation (Constant visits to vendors and factories) You will liaison day to day with the Logistics, Distribution and Commercial Departments to ensure goods arrive on timeThe Successful ApplicantEcommerce experience is a plus Must have total 10 12 years' experience An experienced, talented and enthusiastic leader for the sourcing team to build their sourcing vendor base drive the white label and private label plans to fruition. Should be passionate about merchandise, have a strong pulse on the sourcing landscape, persuasion and negotiation skills, and outstanding project management abilities Should hire, mentor and build a strong team of sourcing managers and production merchandisers who can provide leverage to you to grow and take on more in scope Should be solution oriented and work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment. Additionally, this position involves working with multiple stakeholders (buying, quality, legal and supply chain, among others), and hence we need strong stakeholder management capabilities and ownership with great bias for action in getting things doneWhat's on Offer  An excellent opportunity to work with a leading kids wear E retailer that offers great growth prospects and competitive pay
