Job Description

The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in,depth understanding of business strategies, processes, services, and roadmap and transform business processes through digital transformation initiatives and data analytics. This position is also responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end,to,end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in Retail, Hospitality and Business Development verticals. , Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs through, Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions in Retail, Hospitality, and Business Development. , Identifying, creating and facilitating digital initiatives including automation by conducting business and systems process analysis, focusing on quality improvement and data management, developing process improvements or re,engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long,term business strategies through digital initiatives. , Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality across cross functional teams. , Demonstrate up,to,date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices., Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results., Developing process improvements or re,engineering and recommending elimination, integrating new systems and processes with existing ones, and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long,term business strategies., Interpreting data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to drive understanding and growth., Effectively deriving insights and plans across cross,functional teams and management., Identifying and initiating projects, managing resources, driving the resolution of issues, and holding self and team accountable for results., To assist the Executive Director in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence and financial modelling.Ideal Candidate to be :, Professional with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in solving high impact business problems driven by advanced data sciences and analytics and has experience in driving digital business transformation initiatives (retail domain preferred) and leading product strategy., Has successfully executed (one or more) , Consulted or executed digital transformation roadmaps for businesses and driving actionable insights through business intelligence tools. , Managed large scale analytics engagements and business analytics roadmap. , Set up analytics team for data democratization, metrics tracking, identifying business problems and creating dashboards for business insights. , Multi domain experience in digital transformative processes
