Role And Responsibilities :, Work on the strategy and consulting function for the organization while working on projects in the likes of change management, transitions , transformation management, etc., Collaborate with senior leadership team to identify design thinking,innovation opportunities., Provide process improvement & project management solutions to business users & clients , Work on enterprise level initiatives for process improvements or redesigning of current structures and processes using different techniques coordinating with multiple cross,functional project teams. , Possess skills to define integrated operational information to reflect progress in business segments. , Define appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met. , Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non,financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management , Integrate planning and execution along with appropriate financial information to ensure that operational leading indicators can be used to predictably deliver financial performance. , Strong analytics, ability to work with people to gather information and formal , structured presentation skills are a must. Key result areas: , Deliver plans and controls in business that reflects integrated thinking.
