Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for training and onboarding of new project managers to the Company's processes and tools.
Accountable for continuously improving the SDLC, ways of working, and project management tools and templates.
Ensure consistent execution within the group for demand management, resource planning, and project management.
Produce monthly scorecards for the PMO and leverage the data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide support for the portfolio review and IT steering committee processes.
Develop and maintain training and reference materials.
Act as a subject matter expert to the Project Management team related to Microsoft Project and project management methodologies.


Essential Technologies:
Project Management Professional certification
Experience working with US retail companies and building US business domain knowledge.
Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner
Scrum certification and experience


Good to Have Skills Technologies:
Azure Dev Ops or comparable tool
