Job Description

Plant HR Manager ( with a giant Global Consumer goods conglomerate)Key responsibilities :, Ensure application of HR processes, policies, guidelines, and SOPs, Work closely with Factory, Quality, Supply chain, R&I Director and Plant leadership team to support business success, Partner with employee council,unions to ensure execution of social commitments, Demonstrate empathy and respect for employees, develop authentic relationships through generous listening & straight talk, Conduct surveys and work with OQR team to create,execute action plan for improvement, Lead discipline, grievance, and employee relations. Assist and empower managers on individual employee relation issues, Manage absenteeism, discipline, grievance, and employee relations, Ensure headcount approval and budget reconciliation of roles to be posted, Partner with hiring managers to open and approve job requisitions, interview candidates & make final selection, Coordinate with Talent team for the management of offers and conduct on,boarding activities, Driving the IR and statutory compliances for the entire plant of 200 employees, Support, challenge & coach team leaders on individual and team performance processes as well as identify critical succession roles, Consolidate performance reviews at factory level with functional heads and give consolidated data and recommendations to Talent team, Ensure timely reporting and closure of local labor compliances and global social fundamental commitmentsQualifications :, At least 7,11 years of work experience in manufacturing sector, with at least 5,8 years on a plant site as HR lead, Must have an MBA in HR, Experience in Consumer durables, Food, Pharma industry is a must
