We were featured amongst the fastest growing companies in the world, according to a recent study on the world's fastest,growing startups by GrowJo.Come, join a passionate team of over 900 young and energetic team members and 1300+ expert teachers on this roller coaster ride to build the most loved brand for kids who will move the world!Mission Statement:To help the company scale 8x by June 2022 and become the world's largest player in communication skills by building a data,driven organizationYour Roles and Responsibilities:, As the VP Data & Analytics, you will be owning the entire data and analytics function of the organization and help in increasing the revenue and global expansion through data driven decisions.Some of the problem statements that you will solve are: , Middle of the Funnel Optimization: build the analytics engine to maximize the middle of the funnel: Lead to demo conduction by building models that match a lead with the right teacher, Enrolment Optimization: maximize the bottom of the funnel: demo conduction to enrollment by building models that match the leads with the appropriate sales agents, Online marketing budget optimization: Build an analytics engine to optimize online marketing spends across channels, campaigns and geographies, Demand and supply analytics: Forecast the demand for leads and teachers based on the revenue targets of the company, Customer Retention: predict the probability of retaining a customer and suggest interventions to prevent attrition, Learning analytics: Build a data,driven approach to help suggest the most appropriate learning path for a childWhat are We Looking For?, MBA and,or BTech from Tier 1 Institutes (IIMs , XLRI, FMS ,IITs), 10+ years of experience in building the Analytics functions of fast growing, large scale consumer internet startups is a MUST have, Exceptional problem solving and analytical skillsWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?, A keen desire to build products for a fast,growing Series B funded startup, An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the analytics function and shape it independently like a Founder
