The Program Director works closely with senior government officials and external partners to influence large scale changes in the state's education department. Technology (Passion to deliver multi domain technology solutions at scale)The Program Director will , , Lead digitization of products designed to build capabilities of state education system, Identify, partner and contextualize latest digital tools and practices., Lead capacity development of internal,external teams in digital product creation, adoptionThe Program Director must have, Led ideation, technical development, launch and adoption of large scale tech solutions,products, Led business transformation, digital software development and change delivery projects, Worked with teams of software engineers, developers, process engineers across platforms1.2. Assessments (Passion to enable assessment led learning outcomes in schoolsThe Program Director will:, Lead advisory engagements with state govt to help build readiness for assessment led reform in education, Build and implement Assessment Methodologies and Tools for 21st Century competencies and Life SkillsThe Program Director must have:, Cultivated deep perspectives on Assessments, Ed Tech and Educational Policy, Led life cycle of an Assessment System (tool development, analysis, productization, adoption and capacity building), Partnered with technical,domain experts, technology products and government1.3. Consulting (Passion to solve systemic problems through scalable, replicable solutions) The Program Director will:, Lead advisory engagement with state govt to build reform strategy, Engage with government to improve service delivery efficiency through partnerships, Build capacity of govt and internal teams to translate state goals into actionable strategiesThe Program Director must have:, Led consulting engagements, strategy,business research for corporate,governments clients with a team of project managers, Synthesized insights to get buy in from business leaders, Designed and presented proposals to prospective partners, donors and governments2. State Operations: The Program Director will lead program operations in Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand or Rajasthan2.1. Develop Products (for Public Education System), Identify opportunities to transform State Government Education Systems, Design scalable solutions and implementation roadmaps for systemic problems in education, Adapt existing products,solutions to nuanced solutions for own state2.2. Develop People: , Hire, develop, motivate, and retain the state program team, Design scalable, replicable processes for team development, Nurture safe space and processes for problem solving, communication, and collaboration2.3. Develop Ecosystem:, Build, manage relationships with officials at Directorate of Education, State Council of Educational, Research and Training (SAMSA, and District Education Officers), Decode state's education ecosystem and influence leaders, NGO's,organizations, Influence internal and external partners to support implementation of solutions2.4. Lead Program:, Develop a 3 year roadmap based on program goals and state needs, Ensure success of program by identifying and managing potential risks, Onboard state program team, state education officials, and other stakeholders onto roadmap; Develop Memorandums of Understanding (MoU)3.
