Responsibilities:, Analyse sales performance of the assigned businesses & work closely with them for their growth in the Company's portfolio, Responsible for the collectible amounts & recovery from the assigned brands & businesses, Manage & own a team of Key Account Managers handling a mix of MSMEs & large accounts, Work closely with the Excellence team to revive the high potential churned,at,risk business accounts, Design & Implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales & targets as per the approved plan, Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives and meet the customer acquisition target as agreed with Business Heads, Supervise daily sales performance and help oversee projects of high importance, Designed and developed framework for pricing clients , Help coordinate business,wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success, Work Closely within the cross,functional teams including OPS, Finance, Tech,Product & Customer SuccessMinimum Requirements:, MBA from Tier2,Tier3 institutes is preferred, 5,6 years of experience in the sales is required, Strong principles around Customer obsession & Ownership, Prior experience in Logistics,Courier,Transportation,Freight industry is preferred, Must be efficient with MS Excel & Powerpoint, Must have a strong vendor management experience, Proven track record of achieving allocated sales targets, BD & ability to build from scratch, Has owned, built and managed sales teams spanning across different brands, geographies, Has a strong business acumen with a strong history of continued sales excellence, Passionate and driven individuals looking to work with a similar bunch of people
